Applying for a Bling Lighting Studio Trade account takes just a few steps. This guide shows you how to submit an application, receive approval, sign in securely and use your Trade pricing on eligible lighting orders.

Open the Trade Application | Sign In to Your Account
Step 1: Complete the Trade Account Application
Go to our Trade Program page and scroll to Trade Account Application. If you are applying as an interior designer, architect, contractor, builder or another project professional, select the account type that matches your purchasing needs.
Complete the fields shown on the form:
- Account Type: choose Design & Project Trade for qualifying project purchases, or the appropriate option for your business.
- Business Type: select your professional category.
- Contact Details: provide your name, work email and phone number.
- Company / Studio & Business Website: tell us which business you represent.
- Project Details: briefly describe the lighting you need, your project and any relevant quantities, dimensions or product links.
- Business Verification Documents: attach supporting business documentation if applicable or requested.
Use an email address you can access. You'll need that same address when signing in after approval. When the information is ready, select Join The Trade.
Step 2: Check the Application Confirmation
After submitting, look for the Application Received message. It means your application reached our team; it does not mean Trade pricing has been activated yet.
Step 3: Wait for Your Trade Account Approval
Our team reviews your business information and contacts you by email about the next steps. Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation that your Trade account and eligible pricing are active. Please check your inbox and spam folder for the message.
You can view current benefits and conditions on the Trade Pricing section. Approval is separate from ordinary store account sign-in.
Step 4: Sign In with the Approved Email Address
Return to the Trade Program page. In the Already approved? area, select Trade Login. You can also use the account icon in the site header.
On the sign-in screen, enter the same email address used in your approved Trade application and continue. If you normally use Shop, check that it uses this same approved email; otherwise choose the email field directly.
No password is needed. Our customer account system uses a one-time verification code sent to your email.
Step 5: Enter the Email Verification Code
Check your inbox for a verification email from Bling Lighting Studio. Find the six-digit code and enter it on the sign-in screen. Use the latest code you receive, and don't share it with anyone.
If you entered the wrong email, select Change on the code screen. If the message hasn't arrived, check spam or junk mail and request a new code when that option becomes available.
Step 6: Confirm That You Are Signed In
After verification, return to the store and select the account icon in the header. You should see your customer account menu, including links such as Orders and Profile.
Important: seeing the account menu confirms sign-in, not Trade approval by itself. Trade eligibility depends on the approval linked to your email address.
Step 7: Add Eligible Lighting to Your Cart and Check Trade Pricing
While signed in with an approved Trade account, browse our store, choose an eligible standard lighting product and add it to your cart. The cart can show a TRADE PRICING panel with your current tier and the amount needed to reach the next eligible tier.
Trade pricing is based on the eligible order subtotal and applicable program conditions. You do not need to enter a Trade discount code for eligible automatic tiers. Always confirm the final discount during checkout before placing your order.
Trade discounts do not stack. Separately quoted custom lighting and wholesale orders follow their own pricing process; very large project discounts may require individual review. Check the current Trade terms for details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to create a password to register or log in?
No. Submit the Trade application first. When your access has been approved, sign in with your email and the one-time verification code sent to you.
Can I sign in before my Trade application is approved?
You may be able to sign in to a regular customer account, but this does not grant Trade pricing. Your Trade application must be reviewed and approved separately.
Which email address should I use to sign in?
Use the email address associated with your approved Trade application. Signing in with a different address may prevent your account from being recognized for Trade pricing.
I submitted my application but have not received approval. What should I do?
Check your inbox and spam folder. If you still need help, email sale@blinglightingstudio.com with the business name and email you used to apply.
Why isn't my Trade discount showing?
First check that you are signed in with the approved email and that your cart contains eligible standard products. Review the discount at checkout. If it is still missing, contact us before completing payment.
Does Trade pricing apply to custom lighting or wholesale orders?
These orders are quoted separately based on the fixtures, specifications and quantities. Send us your product links or SKUs and project details for a quotation.
