Shipping Policy

At Bling Lighting Studio, we ship lighting products directly from China to customers worldwide. Because many of our products are made to order, oversized, or customized, total delivery time may vary depending on the item, destination, and shipping method.

Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Production Time + Shipping Time

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing the order so we can confirm the production schedule and shipping arrangement clearly.


1. Order Processing Time

After an order is placed, we need time to review and confirm the order details.

  • Order Processing Time: usually 1–2 business days

During holidays or peak periods, order confirmation may take slightly longer.


2. Production Time

Production time depends on the type of lighting and whether customization is required.

Estimated Production Time

Small Standard Lighting

Simple wall lights, smaller pendant lights, and selected standard pieces.

Estimated production time: 7–12 business days

Large Chandeliers

Larger or more complex lighting pieces that require additional production steps.

Estimated production time: 12–20 business days

Custom Orders

Custom size, finish, hanging drop, canopy adjustment, or special design requests.

Estimated production time: 15–30 business days

Project Orders

Multiple coordinated pieces, bulk quantities, or lighting prepared for project use.

Estimated production time: 15–30 business days

If your order includes custom size, finish, hanging drop, canopy adjustment, or coordinated quantities, additional confirmation may be required before production begins.


3. Shipping Methods

Air Shipping

Air shipping is usually used for small lighting pieces, samples, wall lights, and selected smaller fixtures.

  • Final delivery is usually handled by UPS or FedEx
  • This option is generally faster than sea shipping

Sea Shipping

Sea shipping is usually used for large chandeliers, oversized fixtures, and most project orders.

  • Final delivery is arranged through local delivery logistics
  • This option is usually more suitable for larger pieces and coordinated shipments

4. Shipping Time by Country / Region

Shipping time below refers to transit time after shipment, not the total delivery time.

5. Estimated Total Delivery Time

For easier reference, the estimated total delivery time is usually:

Small Items Shipped by Air

  • United States: approximately 2–4 weeks
  • Canada / United Kingdom / European Union / Australia / Middle East / India: approximately 2–5 weeks
  • Mexico: approximately 3–6 weeks
  • Japan: approximately 2–3 weeks
  • Other countries: usually 2–6 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance

Large Chandeliers Shipped by Sea

  • United States / Australia / Middle East: approximately 5–8 weeks
  • Canada / United Kingdom / European Union / India: approximately 6–9 weeks
  • Mexico: approximately 7–11 weeks
  • Japan: approximately 4–7 weeks
  • Other countries: usually 5–10 weeks, depending on destination, port arrangement, and local delivery conditions

Custom / Project Orders

For custom pieces, larger quantities, and project orders, total delivery time is usually approximately 6–10 weeks, and may be longer depending on production complexity and destination.

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, peak seasons, weather, local delivery scheduling, and other factors outside our control.


6. Worldwide Shipping Availability

We support orders from many countries and regions worldwide. However, shipping methods, delivery times, customs arrangements, and available service levels may vary depending on the destination. For some countries, islands, remote areas, or special delivery locations, additional charges or delivery restrictions may apply. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing the order.


7. Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

For most orders quoted and confirmed as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), duties and import taxes are included in the confirmed order amount unless otherwise stated. If a destination or shipping arrangement falls outside our normal DDP scope, we will inform you before the order is finalized.


8. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the shipment is handed over
  • For sea shipping orders, logistics updates may not appear immediately during the international transit stage
  • Some orders may be delivered in separate packages if necessary
  • For sea shipments, local tracking may only become available after the goods arrive in the destination country and clear customs

9. Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing the order.

  • Before shipment: address changes may still be possible
  • After shipment has started: address changes may no longer be possible, or additional charges may apply
  • If the shipment has already arrived in the destination country or entered local delivery arrangement: address correction or re-delivery fees may apply

If you need to update the address, please contact us as soon as possible.


10. Special Delivery Conditions

For certain delivery locations, additional charges or delivery restrictions may apply. Examples may include remote areas, islands, ports or docks, construction sites, exhibition sites, hotels or resorts, hospitals, schools, government facilities, or locations with restricted truck access or special delivery conditions.

If your address falls into a special category, we will confirm the arrangement with you separately before shipment or before final delivery.


11. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

This helps us review the issue more efficiently and arrange a suitable solution.


12. Delays

While we always try to provide realistic delivery estimates, delays can sometimes happen due to factors such as production adjustments for custom orders, customs clearance, peak shipping seasons, weather conditions, local delivery scheduling, and carrier operational issues.

If your order is linked to a project deadline or installation date, please contact us before placing the order.
