2. Payment Processing & Order Confirmation

Your payment is processed when you place an order through our website.

After payment is successfully completed, you will see an order confirmation page and will usually receive an order confirmation email.

If payment is not completed successfully, the order may not be created or may be automatically canceled. You may try again using the same card after checking your billing details, or use another available payment method shown at checkout.


3. Pricing & Currency

All product prices and the final payable amount are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

If your card issuer or bank processes the payment in a different currency, the final charge may be affected by exchange rates, foreign transaction fees, or bank processing fees. These fees are determined by your card issuer or bank and are outside the control of Bling Lighting Studio.


4. Custom Lighting Orders & Project Orders

Many Bling Lighting Studio products are made to order or customized for specific interiors, including chandeliers, alabaster lighting, Murano glass lighting, branch chandeliers, staircase chandeliers, wall sconces, pendant lights, and project lighting.

For custom orders, production usually begins after the following details are confirmed:

- Product size
- Finish
- Color temperature
- Hanging height
- Canopy size or layout
- Quantity
- Shipping destination
- Final drawing or order confirmation, when applicable
- Successful payment

For project orders, trade orders, or bulk lighting orders, please contact us before placing the order so we can confirm details, lead time, packaging, and delivery options.


5. Card Payments

When you pay by card:

- Your card information is processed securely by our checkout payment providers.
- Bling Lighting Studio does not store your full card number or card security code.
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional verification, such as a one-time code, app approval, or other security check.
- To avoid payment failure, please make sure your billing name, billing address, card number, expiration date, and security code are entered correctly.


6. Payment Security

We take payment security seriously.

Our checkout uses secure encrypted connections, and payment transactions are handled by third-party payment processors. Sensitive payment information is not stored by Bling Lighting Studio.

For security reasons, some orders may be reviewed before production or shipment if unusual payment activity, mismatched billing information, or potential fraud risk is detected.

For standard products, cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet entered production, packing, or shipping.

For custom lighting orders, cancellation may not be possible once drawings, materials, production, or customization work has started. Custom orders are made according to specific size, finish, layout, or project requirements, so please review all details carefully before confirming payment.


10. Duplicate Charges or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or see an incorrect charge, please contact us with:

- Your order number
- The email used for the order
- A screenshot of the charge, if available
- The date and amount of the transaction

We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
