The listed body is D25.6 × H20 inches (65 × 50 cm). Keep the 25.6-inch ring comfortably inside the tabletop or clear floor zone and add the selected chain and ceiling hardware when calculating total drop.

Can I select another size or finish online?

No. The live product has one Default Title variant and the shown Black Iron/Metal frame with Crystal bars. Send a different size or finish request to us for checking before assuming it is available.

What E14 bulb dimensions should I send for the six Alis sockets?

Alis uses six E14 sockets, AC110–240V, with LED bulbs not included and Warm White 3000K as the default direction. Send bulb dimensions, wattage, destination voltage, and dimmer model so fit, load, and compatibility can be checked.

Will the six candle-style bulbs cause glare through the Crystal bars?

The vertical K9 bars refract the exposed inner bulbs. Set the chain height and choose bulb shape and output after checking views from seating, stairs, and upper landings; use a compatible dimmer where needed.

What support does the chain-pendant ring require?

The round frame hangs from three supports joined to the central chain. Fix the canopy to suitable ceiling structure based on final assembled weight and keep the frame level; do not lift the chandelier by a Crystal bar.

How are the vertical K9 bars cleaned or replaced?

Switch off power and use a dry soft cloth while supporting each bar at its fitting. Record the order number, ring position, bar length, width, facet pattern, opening, and ruler photos before removing a damaged piece.
