Does Anx hang from one large ceiling canopy?

No. It is a spider-style system with multiple small ceiling anchors, hanging marble columns and decorative chains draped between points. The complete ceiling footprint is defined by the custom anchor layout.

How large is each Anx marble pendant?

Each natural-marble cylinder is listed at approximately 9 cm diameter and 39 cm height. Include its metal end fittings and hanging hardware when setting the final lowest point.

Does the five-meter chain mean Anx must hang five meters low?

No. Up to five meters of chain is supplied per pendant for routing between ceiling points and forming decorative loops. Final vertical drop is set from the actual ceiling and furniture clearance.

Will all 3–15 marble columns match exactly?

No. Natural marble varies in veining, opacity and warm-to-cool tone. We balance the set across the layout; cracks, loose end caps and stone that cannot hang securely are not natural variation.

Which Anx parts change with Bronze, Black, White or Chrome?

The selected finish applies to the visible ceiling anchors, chains and marble end fittings. The natural marble remains the stone feature, so choose hardware against the ceiling and nearby furniture.

Which Anx option provides brightness adjustment?

Choose Dimmable with the required finish and pendant count. Warm light 3000K and White light 6000K are fixed-color variants.

What structural planning is required for 12 or 15 Anx pendants?

Every small ceiling anchor must fix to appropriate structure and carry its assigned marble-and-chain load. Submit the full point plan so the installer can avoid drywall-only fixings, sprinklers, detectors and concealed services.

How should an Anx marble column be cleaned or replaced?

Switch off power and support the stone while wiping it with a dry soft cloth. Avoid acidic cleaner. For replacement, send the order number, finish, ceiling position, 9 x 39 cm dimensions and photos of the veining, end caps and connector.
