No. The verified materials are textured glass and metal. Each rounded glass pendant has a diamond-cut surface and gold-tone cap, and the cluster mixes Clear, Amber and Smoke Grey glass rather than natural gemstone or crystal blocks.

What are the two individual Chromatic glass-drop sizes?

The two listed glass bodies are Dia3.4 x H4.7 inches and Dia4.9 x H6.7 inches. The approved hanging map should identify which drop size, colour and cable position is used at every point in the mixed cluster.

The current colour variant records Clear & Amber & Smoke Grey as one mixed set. It does not offer single-colour checkout choices or state the colour count. Approve the quantity and position of each glass colour on the numbered hanging map before ordering.

Will all Chromatic glass drops have identical colour and texture?

No. Textured glass can vary slightly in colour density, diamond pattern, thickness, edge shape and small internal bubbles. The differences are more visible between the two body sizes and three colours, so review the complete mix rather than one pendant.

What bulbs does the Chromatic Gem Drop use?

Each light uses a G9 socket on an AC 110–240V hardwired system. Confirm LED or other compatible G9 bulb type, wattage, Kelvin and dimming requirement before ordering. Dimming requires compatible G9 bulbs and a matching wall control.

What is the Chromatic Gem installation order?

Fix and level the round ceiling plate, complete wiring, number every cable, install and test the G9 bulbs, then attach the glass drops in the supplied size-and-colour sequence. Work from the highest drop downward and keep glass wrapped until its cable is ready.

What should I send for a replacement Chromatic Gem Drop?

Send the order number, Clear, Amber or Smoke Grey colour, 3.4- or 4.9-inch body size, cable position and photos beside a ruler showing the diamond texture, cap, opening and connector. Switch off power and support the glass without pulling the cable.
