How do I choose between Eyelet Models B and C?

Both fit within the same Dia 23.6 x H78.7-inch envelope but use different pendant layouts. Send the preferred model image plus the opening dimensions and main viewing direction so the pendant count, spiral, spacing, cable schedule, and mounting plan can be checked.

Does the current Gold Eyelet package include a ceiling plate?

No. The current color option is Gold with no ceiling plate. Before ordering, provide the ceiling opening, mounting boundary, structure, power-feed location, and access plan so the required individual or project mounting system can be checked for the site.

How should the lowest Eyelet pendant be positioned?

Measure from the controlling tread, landing, rail, or floor and mark the full cascade at every level. Keep each clear loop outside headroom, door, wall, glass-rail, vent, sprinkler, and service-equipment zones.

Which finish and light color are available for my layout?

The current selectable package is Gold with Warm Light. If the project requires Chrome, Rose Gold, 4000K, or 6000K, send the model or custom drawing, destination voltage, and control requirement so the available production configuration can be checked before ordering.

How are individual Eyelet pendants installed and serviced?

Install the approved support and mounting system, route and label every low-voltage lead, test the integrated LEDs, then set each pendant to its numbered height. For service, send the order number, model, numbered position, cable length, pendant photos, connector, and driver label.
