Design note: Each acrylic panel is shaped by hand, so the final form, curve, and reflective effect may vary slightly. The clear acrylic panels are designed to glow from the concealed LED source while keeping a light floating appearance.

Dimming note: The Triac Warm Dimming version requires a compatible TRIAC dimmer switch. Standard rotary dimmers may cause flickering or improper dimming performance.

What is the difference between the Small and Large Acrylic LED panels?

Small panels are 7.1 inches wide by 10.2 inches high, and Large panels are 9.1 inches wide by 14.2 inches high. The current menu repeats these same two dimensions in two label formats. Confirm Small or Large on the order and approve the panel schedule so the duplicate labels do not create a mixed or unintended set.

Does the Acrylic LED composition height include the separate 59-inch wire?

Treat the selected 59- to 157.5-inch height as the listed finished composition and the 59-inch wire as a separate extendable suspension specification until the production drawing confirms the complete installed drop. Send the mounting height and target lowest panel so the canopy-to-panel cables can be set correctly.

Are the glowing Acrylic LED pieces glass or fabric?

They are transparent hand-shaped acrylic panels with a fine textured surface, held by metal light bars and suspended from a round canopy. The curves and reflective edges vary slightly from panel to panel. Do not clean or handle them as glass, fabric, or flat rigid sheets.

What dimmer is required for the Acrylic LED chandelier?

Gold & Triac Warm Dimming and Silver & Triac Warm Dimming are the current checkout choices. Both require a compatible TRIAC wall dimmer and matching destination voltage. The integrated LEDs use about 5W per head; confirm the dimmer load range and wiring before installation to prevent flicker or incomplete dimming.

What installation order protects the Acrylic LED panels?

Mount and level the round canopy, connect the driver and TRIAC circuit, hang and label the cables and light bars, and test every LED head first. Attach the Small or Large acrylic panels in the numbered order shown on the elevation, keeping curved edges separated and handling each panel at its metal bar rather than pulling on the illuminated edge.

How should an Acrylic LED panel be cleaned, serviced, or replaced?

Switch off the power and support the panel at its metal bar. Dust with a soft dry microfiber cloth; do not use alcohol, solvent, abrasive polish, or sprayed cleaner on the acrylic. For a replacement or LED service, send the order number, head count, Small or Large size, Gold or Silver finish, cable position, and photos of the panel, bar, and driver label.
