Should I choose the standard or grand Bennett size?

Choose Dia23.6 x H39.4 inches for a smaller foyer, tall dining area, or compact stair opening. Choose Dia39.4 x H78.7 inches for a broad two-story entry, staircase, villa, or hospitality void. Mark the full diameter and lowest feather at every visible level before ordering.

Can I order the heart, vortex, or flying-feather layout shown in the gallery?

Yes, through the Support Customized Drawings option. Send the preferred gallery image, clear ceiling dimensions, front and side elevations, main viewing direction, target lowest feather, and site photos so we can check the feather count, ceiling assembly, cable positions, and finished envelope for that composition.

What color will the current Bennett order use?

The live selection is White & Gold with Warm Light. Glass feathers can vary slightly in white or gold tone, rib texture, curve, edge profile, thickness, and small bubbles. Review the complete color distribution rather than expecting every feather to be identical.

Which LED and dimming controls work with Bennett?

Bennett uses integrated LED on AC 110–240V, and the current Kelvin selection is Warm Light. If dimming or another Kelvin is required, send the destination voltage, exact Kelvin, wall dimmer or control model, and operating requirement so the driver and compatible control package can be checked.

What ceiling system does Bennett's multi-cable glass field need?

The ceiling assembly must support every numbered cable, integrated light component, and curved glass feather. Send the selected size or custom drawing, ceiling construction, junction and driver locations, fixing boundary, target lowest feather, and installation route so weight, support, feeds, and service access can be checked.

How are Bennett feathers installed or replaced?

Fix and level the approved ceiling assembly, complete the wiring, number every cable, and test the integrated LEDs before attaching glass. Install feathers from the highest or central reference points outward. For replacement, send the order number, feather number, White or Gold treatment, cable length, dimensions, fitting details, and clear photos.
