What are the Emerald Rainfall droplets?

They are emerald-green and clear crystal-glass beads and drops suspended in dense vertical strands. The strand lengths and crystal density create a rounded fall, pointed fall or linear rain field under the selected Model A, B or C layout.

How do Emerald Rainfall Models A, B and C differ?

Model A is round at Dia19.7 or Dia27.6 x H59.1 inches. Models B and C are both offered at L47.2 or L59.1 x W15.7 x H78.7 inches, but they use different strand and lower-edge patterns. Select the model letter as well as the size.

What is the difference between No Ceiling Plate and Ceiling Plate?

No Ceiling Plate requires a project mounting field with individual suspension and electrical points. Ceiling Plate supplies a plate-based configuration. This choice changes the ceiling work and cannot be treated as packaging only.

Does selecting Ceiling Plate choose round or square?

No. The variant only records Ceiling Plate, while the description shows both round and square plate references. State round or square in writing and approve the plate dimensions, finish, hole pattern, light positions and weight before ordering.

Will every Emerald crystal strand be identical?

Crystal glass can vary slightly in green tone, clarity, bead outline, faceting and internal detail. The approved drawing should identify strand number, length and crystal density. Clean a small section at a time with power off while supporting the strand.

What LED colour is standard for Emerald Rainfall?

The chandelier uses integrated LED on AC 110–240V, and the description identifies 3000K Warm Light as default. A 4000K or 6000K specification requires written confirmation. State Kelvin, drivers and any dimming or control requirement before payment.

What is the Emerald Rainfall installation order?

Install and level the selected plate or project support, complete and test feeds and LEDs, number every strand position, then attach crystal strands from the highest or central reference point outward. Verify the lower edge from front and side before final adjustment.

What information identifies a replacement Emerald strand?

Send the order number, Model A, B or C, plate type, strand number, finished length and photos beside a ruler showing the emerald and clear bead sequence, crystal shapes, top connection and lower end. Do not substitute a strand based only on overall colour.
