For the widest Dia39.4-inch option, send the required finished height and site elevations so we can check the current production drawing before ordering.

Can the feather flight path follow my staircase or lobby?

Yes, but the wave, spiral, wings, and long flying-flock references require a numbered layout. Send the preferred gallery image, reflected ceiling plan, front and side elevations, main viewing direction, lowest feather, and all obstacle zones so we can check the ceiling base, feather count, cable positions, and finished flight path.

Which glass color should I choose?

Choose Chrome & Clear for crisp transparent sparkle, Chrome & Amber for a warm golden tone, Chrome & Gold for a stronger gold treatment, or Chrome & Clear+Gold for a mixed field. For the mixed option, the numbered drawing must show the clear and gold distribution.

Will all blown-glass feathers look identical?

No. Hand-blown feathers can vary slightly in color density, rib detail, curve, edge profile, thickness, and small internal bubbles. Keep each labeled feather with its cable position and prevent neighboring glass edges from touching during installation or service.

What light color and dimming package can be used?

The chrome ceiling assembly uses integrated LED on AC 110–240V, with 3000K Warm Light as the default. Send the destination voltage, requested Kelvin, wall dimmer or control model, and required behavior so the driver, dimming compatibility, feeds, and service access can be checked.

How are the cables and glass feathers installed or serviced?

Fix and level the approved ceiling base, complete and test all spot lights and drivers, then number every cable and hook from the supplied drawing. Attach feathers from the highest or central reference line outward. For replacement, send the order number, color treatment, feather and cable number, finished cable length, dimensions, fitting details, and photos.
