No. It is the size of one illuminated rectangle frame. The finished chandelier contains three, four or six of those bodies at separate positions and heights. Use the frame dimension for local rail clearance and the approved canopy drawing for the complete field.

Why do 3 Lights and 4 Lights need different canopy drawings?

Both show a 12.6-inch canopy and 98.43-inch adjustable wire height, but the 3-light image uses a round canopy while the 4-light image uses a square canopy. The extra frame also changes the cable-hole map and overlap.

What expands when the layout moves to six rectangle frames?

The pictured canopy increases to 23.62 x 23.62 inches and the adjustable wire height increases from 98.43 to 157.48 inches. The frame body remains 7.87 x 39.37 inches, but six separate rotations create a much larger vertical field.

Why must every glowing rectangle have a numbered cable position?

Each frame hangs independently and can rotate or tilt if its wires are mixed. The numbered plan fixes ceiling position, front direction, frame elevation and cable length so the open rectangles overlap as designed without touching.

How are the frames leveled on a gently sloped ceiling?

The product data allows a gentle slope because each suspension wire can be adjusted separately. The electrician must confirm the canopy fixing on the actual ceiling plane, then level every 39.37-inch frame from its assigned wires before final locking.

Does Remote Control mean any wall dimmer will work?

No. Remote Control is the offered dimmable light package and does not authorize an unrelated wall dimmer. Confirm the destination voltage and desired wall operation before production; we will provide the integrated LED and control specification.

How do Black, White and Gold change the illuminated frame outline?

Black gives the strongest dark border around the LED edge, White reduces contrast on pale walls and Gold adds a warm metal outline. Compare the finish with the rail and wall in both daylight and the selected 3000K or 6000K light.

What information is needed if one LED rectangle stops working?

Send the order number, frame count, finish, numbered canopy position, frame orientation and photos or video of the failed edge. State whether the complete frame, suspension wiring or only one LED section is affected before a replacement component is matched.
