Does Moonlight Whispers illuminate each suspended glass piece?

No. The elongated clear glass-crystal pieces with gold details are decorative reflectors on individual cables. Illumination comes from the spotlight-equipped ceiling mount; the current no-spotlight variant is sold with no light source.

What changes when I select the Moonlight ceiling mount without spotlights?

Ceiling Mount without Spotlight (No Light Source) removes the chandelier lighting system and supplies an unlit suspended sculpture. Ceiling Mount with Spotlight (Warm Light) includes the integrated warm spotlight system, wiring, and driver plan.

Why do Moonlight 20 Lights, 32A, and 32B share one envelope?

All three list 59.1 x 15.7 x 78.7 inches. The 20-light version is more open, while 32A and 32B use different suspension patterns within the same envelope; choose A or B from its elevation drawing, not from size alone.

Is Moonlight's 59.1-inch Diameter label a round canopy?

No. The selector also lists a 15.7-inch width, and the gallery shows a long rectangular ceiling mount. Use 59.1 x 15.7 inches as the published ceiling direction and approve the final rectangular canopy drawing before rough-in.

What is the dimensional difference between Moonlight 48A and 48B?

48A measures L70.9 x W23.6 x H86.6 inches. 48B is longer and shallower at L78.7 x W23.6 x H78.7 inches. Select A for more vertical descent or B for more horizontal span.

When do 3000K, 4000K, and 6000K apply to Moonlight?

They apply only to the spotlight-equipped ceiling mount. Warm 3000K is the default; 4000K or 6000K requires written confirmation of the integrated spotlight package. The no-spotlight option has no chandelier light source and therefore no Kelvin output.

How is the Moonlight glass wave assembled?

Mount and level the rectangular ceiling system, wire and test the selected spotlights, then sort the protected glass by cable number. Set the outer and lowest references and build the approved 20, A, B, 64, or custom wave before final cable adjustment.

What identifies a Moonlight Whispers replacement element?

Send the order number, head count and A/B layout, spotlight choice, cable number, glass length and width, gold fitting, and photos of neighbouring pieces. Support one piece while dry-wiping it and prevent adjacent glass from striking it.
