Are White, Chrome, or fully clear Flying Surge finishes separate checkout choices?

No. Blue & Grey is the current checkout color, and the photographed composition mixes blue, smoke-gray, and clear glass discs with small metal center details. White and Chrome appear in the descriptive finish list but are not separate current selections. Send a finish reference with a drawing request if the project requires another palette.

Each element is a handcrafted round glass disc with an irregular rippled edge and a raised center held by a small metal fitting. The blue, smoke-gray, and clear discs overlap to build the wave surface. Small differences in diameter, edge contour, texture, and color concentration are part of the handmade glass composition.

What drawing is needed before rough-in for the Flying Surge wave?

Request the ceiling-coordinate and wiring drawing for the 98.4 x 47.2-inch wave, or approve the custom drawing if the standard footprint changes. The plan must identify the suspension points, power feed, wave direction, finished perimeter, cable lengths, and lowest disc. The product dimensions alone do not locate those ceiling points.

In what order should the Flying Surge cables and glass discs be installed?

Set out and label the ceiling points, install the suspension and hardwired LED system, establish the 3D wave with the cables, and test the lighting before fitting the glass. Attach the numbered discs in sections while checking the curve from below and from the upper level. Keep all glass wrapped until overhead work is complete.

What must be confirmed about Flying Surge lighting, cable length, and dimming?

The fixture uses integrated LED, a 59-inch adjustable cable, and Warm Light as the current checkout selection; the specification identifies 3000K as the default and lists 4000K or 6000K by request. Dimming is not a current checkout selection. Confirm the finished drop, destination voltage, exact Kelvin value, and driver before ordering.

Can one Flying Surge glass disc be cleaned or replaced without dismantling the wave?

Yes. Switch off the power, steady the disc at its center fitting, and wipe each face with a soft dry or barely damp microfiber cloth without rotating the cable. For a replacement request, photograph the front, back, and edge and record the disc color, ceiling-point number, cable length, position within the wave, and order details.
