Are the suspended Tidal pieces flat crystals?

No. They are irregular folded art-glass pieces with raised waves and soft edges, suspended individually to build the Tidal flow. Protect the folds from impact and never let installed pieces strike or stack against one another.

Does every Tidal glass fold contain its own LED?

No. The glass pieces are individually suspended below the ceiling system, while the integrated LED lighting is housed in the long or round canopy and shines through the glass field. The current variants are Warm Light; any dimming or other Kelvin requirement must be matched to a confirmed driver before production.

How do Clear & Gold and Clear & Amber Tidal glass differ?

Clear & Gold combines clear folds with Gold-toned accents for stronger metallic contrast. Clear & Amber combines clear folds with transparent warm amber accents for a softer coloured glow. Gold and Amber are different current variants and are not interchangeable replacement finishes.

Should I choose a long or round Tidal canopy?

Use a long 82.7- or 94.5-inch canopy to follow a dining table, island, living zone or rectangular opening. Use a round 29.5-, 39.4- or 58.3-inch canopy for a foyer, stairwell or atrium. Measure the ceiling boundary and glass envelope as separate installation zones.

What changes when one Tidal canopy footprint has different heights?

The 82.7 x 23.6, 94.5 x 23.6 and 82.7 x 31.5-inch footprint families each offer H78.7, H98.4 or H118.1 inches. The ceiling footprint stays in that family while cable lengths and wave depth change. Approve the complete elevation, not only the canopy size.

How many folded glass pieces are used in each Tidal layout?

The current references give about 170 pieces for 82.7 x 23.6 inches, 205 for 82.7 x 31.5, 225 for 94.5 x 23.6, and about 69, 135 or 285 pieces for the three round sizes. These are approximate references; the approved suspension map controls the final count.

What installation order protects a large Tidal glass field?

Secure and level the canopy, complete wiring, set the numbered cables and test every LED circuit first. Keep the glass wrapped and sorted by cable position. Establish the outer, highest and lowest references, then build the wave in sequence and inspect it from all main viewpoints.

What identifies one replacement Tidal glass fold?

Switch off power, let the fixture cool and support one piece at a time for cleaning with a soft dry microfiber cloth. For replacement, send the canopy size, Clear & Gold or Clear & Amber finish, cable number, piece colour, dimensions and photos of the glass and connector.

Hanging or Mounting Height

Confirm the listed height, target lowest fold and numbered cable map before installation; resetting the wave after all glass is attached is labour-intensive.
Mount and level the canopy, wire and test the integrated LEDs, then hang protected glass from the approved reference positions outward.

Use the long canopy along rectangular furniture and room axes; use the round canopy in vertical openings with clearance on every side.
