Shipping & Delivery

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders when shown at checkout. The shipping method is determined by the fixture's dimensions, weight, packaging, and delivery destination; not all orders are shipped by sea.

In-Stock Items: Available in-stock fixtures can be dispatched within 7 days after payment and order confirmation.

Made-to-Order Items: Standard fixtures typically require approximately 15 days of production after payment and confirmation of specifications. Custom, oversized, or complex fixtures may take longer; please contact us to confirm the schedule before ordering.

Small Fixtures — Air Shipping: Smaller lighting fixtures are typically shipped by air. Estimated transit time is approximately 12–15 days after dispatch.

Large Fixtures — Sea Freight: Larger or heavier fixtures are typically shipped by sea. Estimated transit time is approximately 25–30 days after dispatch.

Express Courier Upgrade (FedEx / UPS / DHL): Express courier shipping is available for eligible orders at an additional cost, with an estimated transit time of approximately 7 business days after dispatch. Contact us for availability and a shipping quote before placing your order.

Transit times are estimates from the dispatch date and do not include production or order processing. Customs clearance, freight schedules, holidays, weather, and local delivery may affect timing. Delivery dates are not guaranteed; contact us before ordering if you have a fixed installation deadline.

Oversized chandeliers may require freight delivery. Standard shipping does not include installation, electrical work, assembly, inside-room placement, or white-glove services unless separately confirmed.

Returns & After-Delivery Support

Eligible standard products delivered within the United States may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, unaltered, complete, and properly packaged. Prior written return authorization is required.

For non-defective, preference-based returns, customers pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee applies. Customized, modified, or made-to-specification products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the fixture, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging while the case is reviewed.
