Both use the same 31.49-inch diameter by 17.72-inch-high body. Choose 10 lights for the lower lamp count or 12 lights for two additional E14 light points within the same footprint; final brightness still depends on the selected bulbs and control setting.

When is the 15-light Zoe the better size?

Choose the 15-light model when the room or furniture can carry a 39.37-inch diameter fixture. It is 7.88 inches wider than the 10- and 12-light bodies while retaining the same 17.72-inch body height, so mark the full circle before checking walls, doors, rails, vents, and sprinklers.

Will Zoe work with my ceiling height?

Allow for the 17.72-inch fixture body plus up to 19.68 inches of adjustable upper suspension. Measure from the finished ceiling to the lowest crystal and check that height from seated positions, doorways, and the main walking route before selecting a size.

What ceiling preparation does Zoe require?

Zoe is a hardwired ceiling fixture with a crystal-and-stainless-steel body. The ceiling support must carry the complete assembled load rather than the canopy alone; send the selected light count and ceiling construction so the canopy, load, and fixing requirements can be checked before rough-in.

Which bulbs and dimmer should I use with Zoe?

Zoe uses E14 LED light sources and the listed standard light color is Warm White 3000K. For dimming, use compatible dimmable E14 LEDs, a compatible wall dimmer, and the correct destination voltage; send the dimmer model if you want us to check the combination before ordering.

Which Zoe finish should I choose?

Gold gives the crystal a warmer decorative frame, Silver keeps the palette cooler, and Black creates the strongest contrast around the clear crystals. The selected finish applies to the visible metal body, vertical tubes, canopy, and suspension hardware.

How are the K9 crystals installed and replaced?

Install and level the metal frame, complete the wiring, and test every E14 point before attaching the crystals in labeled, balanced sections. For a replacement, send the order number, finish, light count, crystal row and position, connector detail, crystal measurements, and close photos.
