What is the shape of each 16 cm Arcli glass pendant?

Each pendant is a rounded double-disc glass form with a smaller inner light element and metal suspension cap. Front and angled views read differently, so the cluster combines face-on circles with slimmer side profiles.

How do Arcli's round canopies grow from 3 to 26 lights?

The round canopy diameters are 30 cm for 3 Lights, 40 cm for 6, 50 cm for 9, 60 cm for 12 and 80 cm for 26. Every glass pendant remains 16 cm wide; higher counts increase canopy coverage and cluster density.

What is the difference between the two 26-light Arcli versions?

Round 26 uses an 80 cm circular canopy and adjusts to 300 cm high. Rectangular 26 uses a 142 x 37 cm linear canopy and adjusts to 200 cm high. One fits a vertical circular void; the other follows a long table or opening.

Can I choose the clear, amber, smoked and white glass combination in the variant menu?

The current menu selects light count and 2700K or 6000K, not glass color. Send the desired combination—transparent with white, clear, transparent with amber, or smoke with white—so we can confirm the production set before release.

Does Arcli's current selector include remote dimming?

The current variants offer Warm Light 2700K or Cool Light 6000K. There is no remote-control choice in the selector. If a separate dimming requirement exists, provide the control type and destination voltage for confirmation before ordering.

Why should each Arcli disc keep its assigned cable position?

The cable length and disc orientation create the staggered composition. Swapping positions changes the vertical rhythm and can place two 16 cm glass bodies too close together. Keep labels attached until the entire cluster is hung and checked.

How should the layered glass discs be cleaned?

Switch off power and support one pendant by its metal cap while wiping both glass faces with a dry microfiber cloth. Do not spin the disc on its cable, pull neighboring pendants aside or spray cleaner toward the inner light element.

What identifies the correct replacement Arcli glass pendant?

Send the order number, count and canopy shape, glass-color set, cable position, 16 cm diameter and close photos of the disc profile, cap and connector. Glass tone, inner element, suspension hardware and assigned cable length must match.
