Can I order an all-clear or all-pink feather field from the current selector?

No. The current color option is Clear & Pink. If a different color ratio is required, send it before ordering and wait for written production confirmation.

What remains constant across the three feather sizes?

All three are 60 cm wide. Length and height increase from 100 by 150 cm to 150 by 200 cm and 220 by 250 cm.

Will every flying glass feather have the same outline?

No. Hand-shaped glass pieces vary slightly in ribbing, curve, tip and color flow. Cracks, sharp chips, damaged holes or a piece that cannot hang securely require replacement.

Is 4000K Neutral Light a current checkout option?

No. The selector offers Warm Light and Cool Light. Request neutral light before ordering so the integrated LED configuration can be confirmed.

Can the integrated feather chandelier be connected to a dimmer?

No dimming option is shown. If dimming is required, send the control type and destination voltage before ordering; do not connect the standard configuration to a wall dimmer without confirmation.

When should the glass feathers be attached?

Install and test the ceiling hardware, cables and integrated LED points first. Add the numbered feathers afterward in balanced sections, keeping unused pieces protected.

What identifies one replacement glass feather?

Send the order number, chandelier size, cable position, feather color and dimensions, plus photos of its ribbing, edges, suspension hole and adjacent pieces.
