Are Glacier hanging pieces natural ice or stone?

No. They are irregular faceted crystal-glass pieces in clear, smoke-grey and blue reference finishes. Individual cables suspend the pieces like floating ice fragments, and integrated light reveals their edges and internal refraction.

Does the Glacier chandelier come with a ceiling plate?

No. Every current variant states No Ceiling Plate. The project must supply an approved mounting structure, feed and driver access plus a fixing for every suspension cable. Do not assume the round or linear glass field hangs from one included canopy.

Which Glacier composition sizes are selectable?

The round options are Dia7.9, Dia11.8 or Dia23.6 inches, all listed at H59.1 inches. The linear option is L59.1 x W11.8 x H59.1 inches. Support Customized Drawings is also available for a project-defined field.

Can I select Clear, Smoke Grey or Blue Glacier glass in the live options?

The description shows Clear, Smoke Grey and Blue, but the live variants only record size and No Ceiling Plate. State one colour or the exact mixed distribution in writing and approve the colour of every numbered glass position before ordering.

Will every Glacier crystal-glass fragment match exactly?

No. The irregular pieces can vary in outline, faceting, thickness, edge angle, colour density and internal detail. These differences create the glacier effect. For cleaning, switch off power, support each piece and use a soft dry microfiber cloth without striking neighbouring edges.

How do I choose Glacier Kelvin and dimming?

Glacier uses integrated LED on AC 110–240V, with 3000K, 4000K and 6000K listed in the description. The variants do not record Kelvin or dimming. Confirm the selected Kelvin, drivers and compatible control system in the written electrical schedule.

What installation sequence protects Glacier glass?

Build and level the project support, install and test feeds and drivers, number every cable, then attach the crystal-glass pieces in drawing order from the highest position downward. Keep each fragment wrapped until its cable is ready and prevent faceted edges from contacting.

What should I send for a replacement Glacier fragment?

Send the order number, Clear, Smoke Grey or Blue colour, fragment and cable number, finished cable length and photos beside a ruler showing the front, back, side profile, facets, opening and connector. We will match the irregular crystal glass to that position.
