Which Raindrop size fits my staircase or foyer?

Choose W50 x H150 cm for the shortest, narrowest opening; W70 x H240 cm for a medium stairwell; W100 x H300 cm for a large three-meter crystal drop; or W100 x H350 cm when the same canopy width can accept 50 cm more vertical length. Mark the lowest crystal at every tread and landing before ordering.

Should I choose the 300 cm or 350 cm version?

Both use the listed 100 cm canopy and 16-bulb layout. Choose 350 cm only when the extra 50 cm remains clear of the controlling tread, lower floor, railing, and sight line; otherwise use 300 cm to preserve more clearance below the crystal tail.

What ceiling area and support does the canopy require?

Allow a clear round ceiling area for the selected 50, 70, or 100 cm canopy. Send the ceiling construction, fixing zone, junction-box center, selected size, access route, and destination voltage so the structural anchoring, power entry, bulb positions, and future service access can be checked.

How many bulbs and how much listed wattage does each size use?

The 50 x 150 cm size uses 6 bulbs and lists 24W; the 70 x 240 cm size uses 10 bulbs and lists 40W; both 100 cm-wide sizes use 16 bulbs and list 64W. Give these figures to the electrician together with the destination voltage before rough-in.

Can I order this chandelier with dimming?

Warm White 3000K and Cold White 6000K are the current selectable light-temperature options. If the project requires dimming, send the destination voltage and wall dimmer or control model so the compatible bulbs, drivers, and control method can be checked before ordering.

In what order are the crystal strands installed?

Mount, wire, level, and test the illuminated canopy first. Then attach the labeled strands in sequence to build the graduated curve, keeping completed rows wrapped and separated so crystal drops do not tangle or strike each other.

How is the correct Raindrop replacement matched?

Send the order number, selected height, numbered canopy position, strand length, crystal dimensions, and photos of the raindrop, wire, upper fitting, lower fitting, and adjacent row. Keep the damaged part and its label until the replacement position is verified.
