They are luminous white acrylic spheres mounted along black metal rings, curved arms and vertical lines. Multidot is not a crystal-bead curtain. The small glowing spheres trace the black structure and make the round or slender form visible.

The round compositions are Dia39.4 x H59.1 inches, Dia59.1 x H98.4 inches and Dia78.7 x H126 inches. They spread curved dotted arms around a central vertical core, so check the full diameter at furniture, walls and upper-level edges.

Which Multidot sizes are made for narrow vertical spaces?

The slender options are both Dia15.7 inches, with heights of 78.7 or 118.1 inches. They concentrate the acrylic dots into a tall narrow form for stairwells, corners and vertical wall zones with limited width.

Does Support Customized Drawings guarantee any Multidot shape?

No. It starts a drawing-led order. The approved plan must define the maximum diameter, height, black ring and arm layout, sphere count, cable lengths, ceiling plate and finished lowest point before production.

What light colour and source does Multidot use?

Multidot uses integrated LED with 3000K Warm Light on an AC 110–240V hardwired system. The live selector only records size. Confirm destination voltage, driver access and any dimming or control requirement before ordering.

How should the acrylic Multidot spheres be cleaned?

Switch off power and let the LEDs cool. Support the black arm or line, then wipe the acrylic spheres with a soft dry microfiber cloth. Do not use solvent, abrasive polish or glass cleaner, and do not pull a sphere sideways from its metal connection.

What is the correct Multidot installation order?

Fix and level the round black ceiling plate or approved project support, complete and test the LED wiring, hang and number the main lines, then open and align the curved arms to the drawing. Check every sphere clearance before setting the final lowest point.

What should I send for a replacement Multidot light point?

Send the order number, selected size, sphere and arm position from the drawing, selected 3000K specification and photos beside a ruler showing the acrylic sphere, black mount, cable or arm and electrical connector. Replacement LED parts must match the original driver.
