Should I order an illuminated Raw Crystal canopy or pendants only?

Choose a variant marked Canopy have light sources when the ceiling assembly must illuminate the crystal-glass field. Choose No sources Only pendants only when the suspended clear pieces are a decorative installation and the room already has a separate lighting plan. This decision changes the wiring, drivers, service access, and ceiling drawing.

Which Raw Crystal layout fits my space?

Use Dia39.4 x H78.7 inches for a medium round field, Dia29.9 x H118.1 inches for a narrower tall drop, or L78.7 x H59.1 inches for a long shallow composition. The decorative-only options also include Dia59.1 x H118.1 inches and L137.8 x W39.4 x H98.4 inches for large stair, lobby, or hospitality openings.

What must be measured before choosing a wave, spiral, or long field?

Measure the clear ceiling length and width, finished ceiling and landing elevations, target highest and lowest pieces, viewing direction, junction and driver positions, and every wall, rail, door, sprinkler, and vent boundary. Send these dimensions with site photos so we can check the correct canopy shape and numbered cable map.

Will all clear Raw Crystal pieces match exactly?

No. These are irregular crystal-glass pieces, not natural stone. Slight differences in outline, edge shape, thickness, texture, small bubbles, and internal detail are normal. The current live color is Default Clear, and each labeled piece should stay with its assigned cable position.

Which Kelvin and dimming control can Raw Crystal use?

Illuminated versions use integrated LED on AC 110–240V, with 3000K, 4000K, or 6000K referenced in the product data. Send the destination voltage, exact Kelvin, wall dimmer or control model, and required operating behavior so the driver, feeds, dimming method, and service access can be checked before ordering.

What ceiling support does a large Raw Crystal field require?

The support must carry the selected ceiling assembly, all independent cables, and every crystal-glass pendant. Send the selected layout, ceiling construction, beam or joist locations, fixing boundary, access route, and required driver locations so the total weight, mounting points, and allowable structural load can be checked before drilling.

How are Raw Crystal pendants installed or replaced?

Install and level the approved support, complete and test any feeds, drivers, and LEDs, then number every cable before hanging glass from the highest reference zone downward. For replacement, send the order number, layout, illuminated or decorative version, pendant number, finished cable length, outline and thickness measurements, and photos of the glass and connector.
