How should I measure Sonora's final lowest shade?

Treat each multi-light size as the complete listed composition envelope, then set the lowest porcelain shade from every tread, landing, rail, floor, table, or vanity. The cable is adjustable up to 59 inches and can be extended after the required ceiling-to-shade distances are checked.

Will Sonora's white porcelain shades be identical?

No. Each handcrafted porcelain shade can vary slightly in folded shape, edge line, texture, thickness, white tone, and light transmission. These differences are part of the ceramic material. Keep each labeled shade with its assigned cable and handle it at the cap and body.

Should I choose Warm Light or Triac Warm Dimming?

Choose Warm Light for the standard warm integrated-LED package. Choose Triac Warm Dimming only when the wall control and destination voltage are compatible with the supplied TRIAC driver. Send the dimmer model and wiring method so the complete control package can be checked before ordering.

Can Sonora be supplied in 4000K or 6000K?

The technical specification includes 3000K Warm, 4000K Neutral, and 6000K Cool light. If Neutral or Cool is required, send the exact Kelvin value, light count, destination voltage, and control requirement so the integrated LED and driver package can be checked for that layout.

What ceiling support and installation order does Sonora need?

Approve the canopy or mounting field, structural support, power feeds, drivers, and numbered cable map for the selected light count first. Install and test every integrated LED and suspension line before attaching porcelain, working from the highest and inner shades outward and downward.

How is one Sonora shade cleaned or replaced?

Switch off power and let the LED cool. Support the porcelain at its cap and body and wipe with a soft dry microfiber cloth; do not pull the cable or let ceramic edges touch. For replacement, send the order number, light count, cable number, shade dimensions, control version, and photos of the shade, cap, and connector.
