What are Afen's scalloped pendant shades made from?

Each pendant combines a cream metal dome, a small wood-tone ball at the top and a high-transparency acrylic light detail around the scalloped lower edge. It is not a glass flower or fabric lampshade.

How does Afen grow from 3 to 15 shades?

Three Lights uses 30 x 150 cm; 5 keeps the 30 cm canopy and extends to 200 cm; 9 uses 40 x 200 cm; 15 grows to 50 x 300 cm. Count, canopy width and vertical reach do not increase at the same rate.

Why do 3 and 5 Lights both use a 30 cm canopy?

The five-light version adds two shades and extends the cable composition from 150 to 200 cm while keeping the same canopy diameter. It needs more vertical clearance but no additional listed ceiling width.

Does Afen offer remote dimming?

The current variants offer Warm Light 3000K or White Light 6000K only. There is no remote-control selection. Choose the fixed color with the surrounding stair and wall lighting in view.

How is Afen's descending diagonal preserved during installation?

Every shade is assigned a specific canopy exit and cable length. Keep all labels attached, hang from the highest position downward and check the diagonal from the main stair viewpoint before shortening any cable.

How can glare from the scalloped acrylic edges be controlled?

Keep the nearest shade above or outside the normal upper-landing eye line and choose 3000K for a softer view. Avoid placing the cascade directly beside a mirror that repeats every illuminated scallop.

How should the cream domes and acrylic scallops be cleaned?

Switch off power and support one shade while wiping the metal, wood-tone ball and acrylic edge with a dry microfiber cloth. Do not use solvent, abrasive pads or pressure that bends the scalloped detail.

What information identifies a replacement Afen shade?

Send the order number, 3-, 5-, 9- or 15-light count, canopy position, dome diameter and close photos of the cream finish, wood-tone ball, scalloped acrylic edge and cable connector.
