Are these full-length crystal rods?

No. Each hanging body is a slim Gold or Black metal LED tube finished with a small clear faceted crystal tip. The visible crystal is concentrated at the end rather than forming the full 35 cm tube.

What does the 35 cm lampshade measurement describe?

It describes one slim tube body in the 18-light detail image. It is not the canopy diameter or complete chandelier height. Use it for local tube clearance and use the approved elevation drawing for the full cascade.

Which dimensions and power are documented for 18 Lights?

The detail image lists an 80 cm round canopy, 300 cm adjustable cord, 35 cm tube length and 18 x 3W LED. Its paired inch labels do not convert correctly, so the metric values are the production reference.

Why do 9 and 24 Lights require complete size confirmation?

Both counts are selectable, but the current description and dimension images do not give reliable canopy and drop values for them. Send the site dimensions; we will return the exact metric envelope instead of interpolating from another count.

What is wrong with the 30- and 35-light source labels?

The 30-light source conflicts between 70 and 80 cm diameter while agreeing on 550 cm height. The 80 x 650 cm image is also labeled 30 Lights even though the product text assigns that size to 35 Lights. We will correct the selected count on the production drawing.

Can this chandelier be ordered with Remote Control dimming?

No Remote Control option is offered on this product. Choose Warm White 3000K or Cold White 6000K. The specification lists it as non-dimmable, so do not purchase a dimmer for this fixture.

What information belongs on the tube suspension map?

Each tube hangs separately, and its cable length sets the tapered composition. Numbering preserves ceiling position, tube height and front direction and keeps the clear tips from clustering, touching or entering the stair clearance zone.

How is one crystal tip cleaned or replaced?

Turn off power and support the metal tube while wiping the clear tip with a dry microfiber cloth. For replacement, send the order number, count, finish, numbered position, cable length and photos showing the tube, crystal tip and connector.

Hanging or Mounting Height

Use 6 or 9 Lights in narrow openings, 15 to 24 in medium multi-story spaces and 30 or 35 only where the 550- or 650-cm metric drop and service access fit.
Gold emphasizes the long tubes; Black reduces the metal outline so the illuminated clear tips read more strongly.
