What does No Ceiling Plate mean for Crystal Pixels?

The current variants supply the suspended pixel modules without a ceiling plate. Your project must provide an approved ceiling mounting and wiring structure for every cable and feed. Do not rough in one central junction box as though this were a standard single-canopy chandelier.

How are the 15-, 20-, 60- and 66-light Crystal Pixels layouts different?

The 15-light version is a linear L59.1 x W19.7-inch field; 20 lights form a L39.4 x W39.4-inch square; 60 lights form a L118.1 x W31.5-inch long field; and 66 lights form a L78.7 x W78.7-inch square. All four are listed at H78.7 inches.

Are the Crystal Pixels pieces natural crystal blocks?

No. The product material is crystal glass with metal and integrated LED lighting. The square textured modules create the pixel effect. Small variations in texture, clarity and internal detail can occur between glass pieces and remain visible across a large grid.

Can I choose 3000K, 4000K or 6000K in the current Crystal Pixels selector?

The current live variants record Warm Light only. The product description also lists 3000K, 4000K and 6000K project references, but a non-warm specification must be confirmed in writing before payment. Include the required Kelvin and control system in the approved electrical schedule.

How should the Crystal Pixels suspension points be laid out?

Use a reflected ceiling plan that numbers every pixel, cable, fixing and electrical feed. Transfer the complete square or rectangular grid to the ceiling structure before drilling. The fixture dimensions describe the finished field; they do not replace the individual suspension-point drawing.

What installation sequence keeps the Crystal Pixels grid aligned?

Build and level the project mounting structure, complete the feeds, install and number all cables, connect and test the integrated LEDs, then hang the crystal-glass modules in drawing order. Set one reference row first and align the remaining rows from it without letting modules strike.

What information identifies one replacement Crystal Pixel?

Send the order number, 15-, 20-, 60- or 66-light layout, module number from the installation drawing, Warm Light specification and photos of the glass texture, cable connection and electrical connector. Support the neighbouring modules before removing one piece from the grid.
