What creates the Diamond Cloud shape?

Diamond Cloud suspends many clear crystal-glass rods at separate heights to form an inverted peak, vertical fall or linear wave. The cloud is a numbered rod-and-cable composition, not a rigid diamond frame or a group of crystal pendants on one ring.

Does Diamond Cloud include a ceiling plate?

No. Every current variant explicitly says No Ceiling Plate. Your project must provide an approved ceiling support, electrical feed, driver access and fixing position for every suspension cable. Do not rough in one decorative canopy as though it were included.

Which Diamond Cloud size envelopes are current?

The round options are Dia19.7 inches with heights of 59.1, 78.7 or 98.4 inches. The linear options are L31.5 x W11.8 x H78.7 inches and L47.2 x W19.7 x H78.7 inches. Support Customized Drawings is also selectable.

Does the Diamond Cloud size select the exact wave or inverted peak?

No. The gallery shows several rod profiles inside similar envelopes. Before ordering, approve a front elevation, side elevation and ceiling plan that state the rod count, rod lengths, cable positions, finished lowest point and maximum width.

How is Diamond Cloud illuminated?

Diamond Cloud uses integrated LED on AC 110–240V. The description lists 3000K Warm, 4000K Neutral and 6000K Cool Light, while the live variants only record size and No Ceiling Plate. Put Kelvin, drivers and any dimming or control protocol in the written electrical schedule.

Will every Diamond Cloud crystal-glass rod look identical?

Crystal glass can show small differences in clarity, internal detail, edge finish and light refraction. Turn off power for cleaning, support each rod and use a soft dry microfiber cloth. Do not rotate a rod against its cable or adjacent glass.

What is the correct Diamond Cloud assembly sequence?

Build and level the project ceiling support, complete feeds and drivers, number every fixing and cable, connect and test the integrated LEDs, then hang crystal-glass rods in drawing order from the highest or central reference line outward. Keep rods wrapped until each position is ready.

What identifies one replacement Diamond Cloud rod?

Send the order number, rod number from the drawing, rod length, cable length, selected Kelvin and photos beside a ruler showing the glass profile, both ends, cable attachment and electrical connector. The replacement LED part must match the original driver circuit.
