Important installation note: This chandelier does not include a ceiling canopy or ceiling plate as standard. It is designed for a no-canopy installation method, with cables passing through pre-drilled ceiling holes.

Ceiling requirement: This installation is best suited for a gypsum / plasterboard ceiling with pre-drilled holes for the light points. Direct installation on a cement ceiling is not suitable unless a proper suspended ceiling or custom canopy solution is prepared.

Does one Falling Leaves size option include a complete cluster?

No. Each size option purchases one illuminated glass leaf. A multi-leaf chandelier requires the total quantity, size mix, ceiling coordinates, cable lengths, support, and control plan to be designed and ordered together.

How much clearance does one Falling Leaves module need?

Choose H23.6 x W9.4, H31.5 x W11.8, or H39.4 x W15.7 inches for each individual leaf, then allow extra space around its folded glass edges and suspension. Keep every leaf clear of walls, rails, furniture, traffic, and neighboring modules.

Is a canopy or ceiling plate included?

No. The standard system uses individually pre-drilled ceiling points and does not include a shared canopy. A grouped canopy must be designed to match the quantity, coordinates, support, power feeds, and driver locations before ceiling work begins.

Can Falling Leaves be installed on a concrete ceiling?

The standard no-canopy detail is intended for a planned gypsum or plasterboard ceiling with proper support above. A concrete ceiling needs a suspended-ceiling zone or a custom canopy solution; do not drill until the complete ceiling and support plan is checked.

How should I plan the quantity and cable lengths?

Start with the room footprint and target lowest leaf, then assign every module a ceiling coordinate and finished height. The standard cable is adjustable to 59 inches; longer drops or mixed-height groups must be specified before ordering.

Which light color can I choose?

Warm Light is the current checkout choice for the integrated LED. If the project requires Neutral 4000K or Cool 6000K, send that requirement with the driver and control plan before ordering so the complete electrical package can be checked.

What is needed to replace one Falling Leaves module?

Send the order number, leaf size, ceiling-map position, clear-and-amber glass orientation, cable length, metal fitting, LED color, and photos of the complete module and adjacent leaves.
