What do Blue, White, and Pink Remote Dimmable select?

Each option selects both the glass color and the remote-dimmable control package. Choose Blue, White, or Pink by the room palette and daylight; do not treat these labels as color temperature. We will check the remote receiver and operating range for the destination voltage.

Will Jia's textured glass drops match exactly?

No. Glass can vary slightly in color density, transparency, ribbing, thickness, length, edge profile, and small bubbles. Gold warms the center of the composition, while Chrome gives the same Blue, White, or Pink drops a cooler metal outline.

What support does Jia's 5-, 6-, or 8-tier body need?

The ceiling support must carry the stainless-steel tier frame, all E14 components, and every long glass drop. Send the selected tier count, ceiling construction, junction and fixing area, target lowest glass, and lifting route so we can check the canopy, installed weight, support, and assembly access.

How are Jia's glass drops installed or replaced?

Mount and level the metal tiers, complete the wiring, and test every E14 position and remote function first. Attach labeled glass by numbered tier from the inner frame outward. For replacement, send the order number, color, finish, tier and position, drop dimensions, hook photo, and glass photos.
