No. The upper and lower metal rings hang on separate support cables from the round canopy. They must be leveled independently so the two rows of clear cups remain parallel and centered.

How are the 36 lights divided between the two rings?

The 36-light drawing shows 20 cups on the 64 cm upper ring and 16 cups on the 52 cm lower ring. The complete fixture is listed at 108W.

Which larger ring diameters carry Misty's 48-light split?

The 48-light drawing shows 28 cups on the 86 cm upper ring and 20 cups on the 64 cm lower ring. The complete fixture is listed at 132W.

What should I measure before choosing the 32-light Misty?

Send the maximum chandelier diameter your room can accept, ceiling height, desired lower-ring height and any table diameter. We will match those measurements to the current 32-light ring drawing before the order is released.

Are the clear Misty cups crystal glasses?

The product drawings identify acrylic cups on iron rings. Their molded texture catches the LED light like glass, but they are acrylic components rather than drinking glasses or cut-crystal pendants.

How much can Misty's suspension be adjusted?

The drawings show 39.37 to 118.11 inches (1–3 m) of free adjustment. Set the lower ring first from the floor, table or walking line, then level the upper ring above it.

How should the textured acrylic cups be cleaned?

Turn off power and wipe each cup with a clean dry microfiber cloth while supporting the ring. Do not use abrasive polish, alcohol spray or pressure that twists the cup in its mount.

What identifies a replacement Misty cup?

Send the order number, 32, 36 or 48-light version, upper or lower ring, cup position, outside cup dimensions and photos of the texture and mounting base. The cup and LED connection must match its ring.
