Where is the G4 light source inside each crystal cube?

A slim metal core enters the faceted clear cube and carries the G4 light point inside it. The selected Chrome or Gold finish remains visible through the crystal.

Are the cube chandelier's 3000K and 6000K options dimmable?

No. Warm White 3000K and Cold White 6000K are fixed selections. Match the choice to the surrounding stair lights before ordering.

Can the faceted cubes exchange cable positions?

No. Cable length and canopy point create the composition. Keep each cube and cable labeled until the complete field is installed and tested.

How should the deep facets be cleaned?

Switch off power and let the lights cool. Support one cube at its metal core and wipe each facet with a clean dry microfiber cloth; do not rotate the cable.

What identifies one replacement crystal cube?
