What wattage and driver should the electrician prepare?

The product images list 24W for 6 lights and 120W for 30 lights. Send the selected light count, destination voltage, Kelvin, and control choice so the exact LED load, driver count, power entry, and service location can be checked before rough-in.

Why must every LED rod be numbered during installation?

Each 19.65-inch rod hangs on separate cables and at a specific rotation. Numbering preserves its ceiling point, height, and angle, keeps neighboring acrylic diffusers from touching, and prevents the intended crossed composition from shifting during adjustment.

Which finishes can I select?

The current finish choices are Black, Gold, and White. Match the rods and canopy to nearby railings or hardware; send a finish reference before ordering if the project needs a different metal color.

What does the Remote Control option include?

Send the destination voltage and whether the room also requires wall operation. We will check the supplied driver, receiver, remote functions, memory behavior, and compatible wall-control method before ordering.

How should the acrylic light surfaces be handled?

Keep the protective wrapping on while cables and angles are set, and support each rod by its metal body rather than the cable or diffuser. After testing, remove the wrap and clean the acrylic with a soft dry microfiber cloth.

What information identifies one failed LED rod?

Send the order number, finish, light count, numbered ceiling position, rod length, photos of both end fittings, and a video of the fault. State whether the rod, diffuser, cable, or driver connection is damaged.
