Should I choose the 4-tier or 5-tier Taya?

Both versions are 23.6 inches wide. Choose the 4-tier body at about H21.7 inches for a shorter entry, dining area, bedroom, or compact foyer drop; choose the 5-tier body at H27 inches when the room can accept an extra 5.3 inches of crystal and needs a fuller vertical presence.

How do I calculate Taya's complete hanging height?

Add the selected 21.7- or 27-inch crystal body, the portion of the adjustable 78.7-inch chain used, and the 1-inch-high canopy. Set the lowest prism from the floor or furniture and keep it clear of heads, doors, rails, walls, and cabinet openings.

Will Taya's K9 crystal prisms be identical?

Faceted K9 crystal prisms can show small differences in cut edges, clarity, thickness, and light refraction. Inspect pieces before hanging and keep each labeled prism with its tier position. For replacement, send the order number, 4- or 5-tier model, tier and position, prism dimensions, connector photo, and crystal photos.

What light color and dimming should I plan for?

Warm White 3000K is the current default. The product data says dimming compatibility depends on the selected light source, driver or bulb, and controls. Send the destination voltage and dimmer model before ordering so we can check the complete lighting and control package.

What ceiling connection and support does Taya use?

Taya uses a round canopy measuring 4.7 inches in diameter x 1 inch high with an adjustable chain. Send the selected tier count, ceiling construction, junction position, fixing area, target lowest prism, and lifting route so we can check the canopy, weight, chain, and rated support.

At what stage should Taya's prisms be attached?

Install and level the ceiling support, canopy, chain, and bare tier frame first. Complete the wiring and test the lighting, then hang labeled prisms one tier at a time in balanced opposite positions. Never raise or support the chandelier by its crystal.

How should I clean the tiered crystal body?

Switch off power and allow the light to cool. Support each prism at its connector, dust with a soft dry cloth, and use only a lightly damp cloth when needed; do not spray cleaner onto the frame or electrical parts. Work from a stable access platform without twisting the tier rings.
