How do the four linear Tidal glass counts change the ceiling field?

The 170- and 205-piece layouts are 82.7 inches long; the 225- and 255-piece layouts are 94.5 inches long. Width is 23.6 inches for 170 or 225 pieces and 31.5 inches for 205 or 255 pieces. Each footprint is offered at 78.7, 98.4, or 118.1 inches high, so choose length, width, glass count, and vertical wave together.

Which Tidal options are round rather than linear?

The three round choices are 69 pieces at 29.5 inches diameter by 59.1 inches high, 135 pieces at 39.4 inches diameter by 78.7 inches high, and 285 pieces at 58.3 inches diameter by 118.1 inches high. Use these in a centered stairwell or foyer; use the 82.7- or 94.5-inch layouts where the installation must follow a long opening or furniture line.

What glass colors are included in the current Tidal checkout options?

The current choices are Clear & Gold with Warm Light and Clear & Amber with Warm Light. Each is a mixed composition of transparent wavy pieces and warm-colored pieces. Gold and amber are separate selections; approve the selected mix and its distribution on the layout drawing before production.

What does No Ceiling Plate require for a Tidal installation?

Every cable and light point passes through a prepared decorative ceiling instead of one visible full-size plate. The product requires gypsum, plasterboard, or a wooden decorative ceiling with pre-reserved holes and is not suitable for direct mounting to a concrete ceiling. Approve the hole map, wiring zones, access, and structural backing before the ceiling is closed.

Can the Tidal wave height be changed after installation?

Do not plan on field adjustment. The product instructions require the hanging height to be set before installation, and the many individual wires are cut and numbered for one elevation. Confirm the target lowest glass point and complete ceiling-to-floor or ceiling-to-landing dimensions before the cable schedule is made.

Will all Tidal art-glass pieces have the same folds and clarity?

No. Each small glass piece has a soft folded or pinched profile, and minor differences in curve, thickness, color concentration, and small bubbles remain visible across a large field. These variations add depth; the approved color map controls the overall composition rather than making every piece identical.

In what order should the Tidal cables, LEDs, and glass be installed?

Transfer the numbered hole map first, complete the concealed support and wiring, hang each labeled cable to its assigned point, and test the integrated LED system. Attach the glass in drawing order from the main reference line outward, verify the wave from all levels, and keep pieces separated while ladders or scaffolding remain in the opening.

How should a Tidal glass piece be cleaned or matched for replacement?

Switch off the power, support one piece at its fitting, and wipe both faces with a soft dry or barely damp microfiber cloth. Do not twist its cable or allow adjacent pieces to strike each other. For replacement, send the order number, layout size, color, hole number, cable length, orientation, and photos of the piece; dimming must also be confirmed because it is not a current checkout selection.

Tidal is a no-full-plate field of individually suspended folded glass pieces forming a linear wave or round cascade. Choose the exact footprint, piece count, height, and Clear & Gold or Clear & Amber mix before the decorative ceiling is built.
