What is each suspended black stick made from?

Each pendant combines a slim black aluminum body with a white optical-acrylic LED diffuser at the lower end.

Why must every stick count be confirmed?

The published inch and metric pairs conflict, and 16- and 30-Light envelopes are missing. We use the current production drawing for final measurements.

Which stick counts are offered?

The checkout options are 8, 16, 25, 30 and 49 Lights. Higher count increases density, but the exact canopy and field must be confirmed separately.

Which option provides adjustable light?

Choose Remote Control (Dimmable) for adjustable output. Warm Light 3000K and White Light 6000K are fixed-color choices.

Can stick cables be installed in any order?

No. Stick length, cable position and drop create the spiral. Keep every pendant labeled until completion.

How can glare from the white tips be controlled?

Set the lowest and nearest sticks outside direct upper-landing eye lines and use the remote version when adjustable brightness is required.

How should the sticks be cleaned?

Switch off power and support one aluminum body while wiping the shaft and acrylic tip with a dry microfiber cloth.

What identifies a replacement stick?

Send the order number, count, canopy position, stick and cable lengths, and photos of the aluminum body, acrylic tip and connector.
