Can I rely on the Butterfly inch and centimetre size pairs?

No. The current 7- through 38-light size lines pair inch and centimetre values that do not convert equally. Send the ceiling area, void height, and target lowest butterfly; we will confirm the exact width and height for the selected count.

Does the Gold Butterfly chandelier have another finish?

No. The current product has no Finish selector; the ceiling plate, butterfly bodies, bead details, and visible fittings use the shown gold tone.

What is the difference between the three Butterfly light options?

Warm Light 3000K and White Light 6000K are the fixed current choices. Remote Control (Dimmable) is a separate selectable package; we will confirm its Kelvin range, dimming range, receiver, driver access, and wall-switch behaviour.

How should the acrylic butterfly wings be protected during installation?

Install, wire, and test the ceiling plate and LED system first. Attach the numbered butterfly modules after cable lengths are locked, holding each by its gold body rather than the wing tips.

What is needed to replace one Butterfly module?

Send the order number, light count, cable position, wing dimensions, gold-body connection, light colour or control option, and clear photos of the damaged module and adjacent butterflies.
